How projects are agreed

Every project is tailored, so scope, price, schedule and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Refunds and cancellations follow what is written in that agreement.

Packages

The contents and price of each package are shown on the package page and confirmed in writing when you order.

If you need to cancel

Tell us as soon as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will confirm in writing what work has been done and what, if anything, is refundable under your agreement.
